Sternengasse GmbH will only supply retailers or comparable commercial partners.
Shipments are made from Borgholzhausen, Germany. Shipping charges are at the expense of the purchaser. Order values above € 300,- (after deductions) are delivered post-free within Germany.
Minimum order value € 75,- (after deduction). In case of an order under € 75,- we add a surcharge for quantities below minimum of € 10,-. Orders from outside of Germany are not free and require prepayment. The shipping method is determined by us and travel upon the purchaser’s risk.
We reserve the right to make alterations for technological advancement or design improvement.
Customer complaints are only valid within 10 days after dispatch. Returns after valid complaint must be consulted with us and shipped postpaid, with postal charges to be compensated by us. Not declared and not postpaid returns will not be accepted by us.
The delivered goods stay property of Sternengasse GmbH until complete payment is received.
As court of jurisdiction Halle (Westfalen), Germany is regarded as appointed.

Bank collection within 4 days: 4% cash discount
Incoming foreign payment must be exempt from charges
